Hassan: JD(S) supremo HD Deve Gowda has stated that it is not yet clear on how many seats the JD(S) would fight in the upcoming Lok Sabha election. Former CM HD Kumaraswamy, the Prime Minister, and BJP national president would sit together and decide about it, he said.

Speaking to reporters here on Friday, Deve Gowda said that in the last election, the JD(S) faced the BJP now we need to forget all that and try to strengthen the hands of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The Congress party has won the Assembly election because of guarantee schemes, the result of the Assembly election would not reflect on the Lok Sabha election, Deve Gowda said adding that this he could say based on this political experience.

Deve Gowda held this meeting to seek advice on the Lok Sabha elections. MP Prajwal Revanna, MLAs HD Revanna, CN Balakrishna, Swaroop, and Suraj Revanna were present.
